What We Do
Making and Maintaining Relationships
We strive to help children inside and outside of the classroom through our technology donations. This includes old laptops and tablets that can be used for entertainment and connection capabilities as well as more specialized appliances that allow patients to stay connected to their school.
Our first goal at Mediungo was to donate controllable, movable iPads to a local high school, Nardin Academy, in Buffalo, NY. This donation allowed sick students to attend class and move around the classroom, even though they were physically unable to attend. Our next goal is to collect donations of old electronic devices that we will wipe clean and give to hospitals, allowing patients to stay connected to their friends and family in a way they do not currently have.
